From early August to late September, this sour fruit with a yellow-greenish skin flow from citrus fields of Jahrom and Shiraz and fill the market with its smell. Lemon has always been considered as a soothing substance and a great source of vitamin C. Shirazi Lemon is noted for its Aromatic aroma and it is used fresh or in the juice mood.  Lemon juice is a one of the major souvenirs of Shiraz that you should take home.
