Iran is truly a year-round destination. Iran really is stunning in all 4 seasons, with a bit of planning summer is a beautiful time to visit the county. The weather varies so much around the country that it really is possible to experience sunny and cold weather in a one-week trip.

As one of the oldest cities in Iran, Isfahan has some of the country’s most deeply entrenched musical traditions. Street musicians often play an important role in religious ceremonies but there’s also a spontaneous nature to the music that fills Isfahan’s streets. While you’re in Isfahan, you can visit traditional bazaar ,as a music lover's spot, and just a few minutes spend on this legendary place.

Shivya Nath and the Shooting Star

Shivya the author of one of India’s leading travel blogs, the shooting star, quitted her job at the age of 23 to travel the world. A couple of years later, she gave up her home and started living nomadically. She has travelled to over fifty countries. In last February, she explored Iran and experienced Persian culture by spending time with local people.

We all know that Shiraz and Isfahan are the most popular destinations in Iran but there is so much more to see than these two Iranian giants. Labyrinth of narrow alleys, magnificent architecture, tasty traditional dishes and cheerful people – all of that is what makes Kashan so special and worthy of visiting. No matter how many palaces and monuments you have seen of Iran, the Boroojerdi house in Kashan will still take your breath away. Our African guests went sightseeing in this old city, while they were exploring Iran.

Agha Bozorg Mosque in Kashan

As the finest mosque in Kashan known for its precise symmetric design, the mesmerizing mosque and theological school of Agha Bozorg stands out with the elegant forms and rich interior decorations dating back to 18th century. As the testimony of astonishing achievement, the mosque is perhaps the most striking example of Islamic architecture. The construction purpose was holding prayers and theology courses carried out by Mullah Mahdi Naraqi II, known as Agha Bozorg.  The mosque has a quiet beauty unmatched by its kind, with a central courtyard and a pool in the middle, four porches, two ornate minarets & a brilliant brick dome which has its place among the largest brick domes.  The embellishments used in this building are tiling, brickwork, plaster inscriptions, calligraphy and painting. Anthony and Marina, who were accompanied by Mohamad, paid a visit to this antique mosque.
